- Inspections and open homes when permitted.
- If we have opted to sell via our online auction system, we set an auction date (some 3-4 weeks ahead), then 7 days before that date we open the bidding. (Bidders can register at anytime leading up to this).
- The bidding closes at 2pm on the nominated date.
- Like any auction you set your reserve and can sell prior if the right offer comes along.
- Like any sale we prepare the sales contracts and disperse them to the nominated solicitors/conveyancers.
- A deposit is taken and held in our Trust Account and settlement is usually 30 days from contract date.
